QUESTION: Regarding chelation on a person with no immune system, 18 Feb 2006, New South Wales Australia

I was just inquiring about Chelation therapy, and was wondering if it could be used on a female that has Golden Staph and has no immune system what so ever and catches anything and everything that is going. If you could email some information about this it would be greatly appreciated. Could you also let me know if it is still available in the town of Mudgee NSW.
Thank You
Colleen Holmes
ANSWER: 27 Mar 2006

Dear Colleen
First of all, I apologise for this big delay in replying to your question.
However, as your query is very particular, I think, it would be best to get an opinion from the management of a medical practitioner.
But I can still suggest you to forward your question to ACNEM (Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine) and you may contact Dr Brighthope, who is its president. And also he operates a very successful chelation clinic in Melbourne.
In addition to this, some of the listed medical doctors or registered health professionals, are also members of the ACNEM Fellowship Program - an extensive program involving hundreds of accredited hours of practice of nutritional and environmental medicine (N&EM), written and oral examinations, and a certain number of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine Continuing Education Points - points given to ACNEM Fellows and fellowship candidates for activities judged by the College Board to further and/or support the training of doctors in the area of N&EM.
The Phone no for the organisation is 0395896088 and the fax is 0395895158. You can visit the website at www.acnem.org/modules/mastop_publish/?tac=23 and the email address is mail@acnem.org.
Hope the information provided helps to find an answer to your question. Wish you All good luck!
