QUESTION: Manufacturers of ball lead sinkers, 30 Jan 2006, Victoria Australia

I am a flagpole manufacturer in Melbourne and I need ball lead sinkers (15mm in diameter) to put them into our flag counter weights Could you give me any advice who make them or where i can buy them in bulk

I do not exactly know about the manufacturers of ball lead sinkers, but to help you I could find one persons detail from our database, who can be of help to you. His name is Ken Williams, working with Consolidated Alloys Australia, he is a Manufacturer of solder and a range of other metals and alloys. Consolidated Alloys sell lead-free solders such as Aquasafe 100 (tin/copper), Aquasafe 965 (96.5% tin/3.5% silver - favoured for electronics) and Aquasafe 95A (tin/antimony) - all for potable water systems - as well as Acrylead - lead sheeting with thermo-baked acrylic coating. Also, any of Consolidated Alloy's state or territory outlets can supply bismuth and if they are out of stock they would seek more from their Thomastown, Victoria office.
