I have a Cl who's husband was grinding a metal table while she was in the area, and unbeknownst to him the table was made of lead. She is in her 3rd trimester. What are the effects this contact with lead dust to her and the baby? |

ANSWER: 09 Sep 2005 Dear Dustin, the only way to know whether your client and her foetus will be affected by potential lead exposure during the incident is to send her to the doctor for a blood lead test.
