QUESTION: Lead poisoning of 17
year old Aboriginal youth in rural area,
04 Mar 2003,New South Wales Australia
Hi I'm a 4th year occupational therapy student at Newcastle uni and have a case study assignment on a 17 year old aboriginal male who has lead poisoning. I was wondering if you could please either post or email some information regarding treatment of lead poisoning in rural areas, duration and course of poisoning, occupational therapy (if any) involvement in the treatment of lead poisoning and expected outcomes following lead poisoning. Thank you very much. Rebecca. |

ANSWER: 04 Mar 2003
Dear Rebecca, is petrol sniffing the cause of the lead poisoning? It makes a difference to the expected outcomes. Please let me know, so we can determine the best articles to send you (probably by post).
Yours sincerely |
