If anyone can explain why my blood lead level fell 25% from 2.48 micrograms per decilitre
(ug/dL) to 1.86 ug/dL over the course of just 8 hours (the pathology clinic’s operating
hours) on 10
th
May 2018 – I’d be very keen to hear your theories. All three samples were
collected at the same clinic and analysed at the same lab. If you know of other wild
variations in blood lead in one day – which appear to be dependent on the time of day of
the sampling - please let me know! And if anyone has ever had two or three blood lead tests
on one day, no matter what the results show, I’d be very interested to see them.
