Nutrition to Fight Lead Poisoning

Glycine is an essential amino acid like methonine. It is manufactured by the body and is also found in high protein foods such as meat, fish, beans and dairy products. It has been found to be protective of brain function in animal studies, particularly in combination with zinc and vitamin C.
